Lani was blessed at the Samoa ward, we thought it was in English, but it wasnt. There were headphones that translated for those who wanted it...we showed up late so we didnt get any headphones. We werent aware until we got there that it was a double blessing. Lani has a cousin on her moms side of the family that was born in the summer sometime, so she was blessed the same day. Afterward we had a lunch in the park with both families. Again I dont remember much of what happened...I am turning into my husband! I do remember I was really annoyed that my dad wasnt there. He had just gotten back from a 4 week vacation to El Salvador and was gone again to Myrtle Beach North Carolina. He wasnt there to bless the baby like the parents had wanted, so the other grandpa blessed her in Samoan. Zack and the rest of our family didnt even get to understand what was said :( Oh well I guess....I hope he makes it for the baptism!
