Park City

0

Austin had a field trip up to Park City for a Navajo rug show. We came up with Maren and the kids late of course, that is our style. We missed the cerimony....so we only got to walk around the boutique style show. They were all selling hand woven rugs, blankets, baskets, jewelry pretty much everything native. Austin and my mom had to leave pretty soon because we got there late. Austin got a feather necklace and had to run to the bus. Him and David learned how to play the flute. I have videos of it so you can hear it, but it had been trying to download for about half an hour already and made no progress so I cancelled it. It sounds really pretty and they were doing good, for first timers. This little plain flute Austin is playing is around 70 bucks. When we went up to the Dance festival thing in Bountiful earlier this summer we saw some going up to 5000 or more. I would still love to have one some day.
We bought some hair clippies for my hair, Marlee got a bracelet which ended up being too big so it is an anklette till it fits. We could have spent hours looking at the turquoise jewelry, if anyone ever buys me jewelry that is what I want!
Jaiden was getting sick so he was crying most of the time, and Braxton was hungry so he wasnt too happy either. We left and went to get some food. We went to this really good pizza place and watched CNN lol. From there we headed to the outlets to get David and Maren some shoes.
After a few shoe stores and no luck I decided to look in the Gap....great find! Pants for 7 bucks, shirts for 2, hoodies for 11...ok those were the 3 articles of clothing I got after looking for over an hour. Maren spent around 95 but got a ton of clothes! It was the best sale I had ever seen in my life.
Then David got some shoes and both of them got Crocs. Yeah I got jipped on the shopping spree but I have already let off my steam for it. I am still mad about it tho!
